EPDM Rubber Roofing
Ideal for flat roofs, EPDM is mainly made up of Ethylene Propylene and Diene Monomer (M-class), two ingredients derived from natural gas and oil, making this material extremely durable as well as heat and weather resistant.
This synthetic rubber is virtually impenetrable to damage from UV rays as well as radiation. Not only is it wind resistant but can handle the worst of winters, coping with hail up to three inches in length!
Even with minimal maintenance, EPDM can last you over 50 years.
