Repair or replace?
If you're on the third re-cover of a felt roof, EPDM will almost always work out cheaper over 20 years. New extensions should be EPDM or single-ply from day one.

How long does EPDM last?
The membrane itself is warranted for around 20 years and typically performs for 40–50. Detailing at edges and upstands is what usually fails first — which is why we detail everything properly.
